Multiple designs on this tall and unique piece of art: Eagle, Sea Lion, Grizzly Bear and Chief wrapped in a blanket. Wood Carvings > Talking Sticks were extremely significant in ceremonial gatherings and were primarily used by Shamans and Chiefs. The holder of the talking stick would lead the meeting and would be directed by the spirit helpers that were carved on the talking stick.
