The “Wild Man” is a mythological figure of the Coast Salish people. This original mask is made from tight-grained red cedar and is carved in the Haida style. The attention to detail, use of fur and rich hues of colour all combine to make this a unique and beautiful example of Northwest Coast art. This is from a private collection and would be the highlight piece in any office or private collection.
