Transforming Sun Mask

$3,750.00 CAD

Description

The design follows the traditional conventions of Northwest Coast native art. A figure of human being holding up both hands is painted on the rays, which nicely surround the Sun. The Sun Mask in the middle is decorated with copper eye brows, abalone eyes and a hooked nose. 16 abalone shell inlays sparkle in the light. A very unique piece created by the Late Dartwin Jeffrey.
