Thunderbird and Killer Whale Totem Pole

$0.00 CAD

Description

This Thunderbird and Killer Whale Pole was created by a master carver following traditional designs. On top is a thunderbird with both wings spread out. His headdress, eyes and wings are decorated with abalone shells. On his chest is the design of a baby thunderbird. Below the thunderbird is a killer whale, his tail transformed into a bear. On the head of the killer whale is a bear design. The killer whale’s fins and blow hole are wolf heads. Below the killer whale is a square base, with 3 sides carved with a wild man design. The totem pole stands on a base. Lots of detail and incredible work.
