Hubert Billy was born in the heart of British Columbia and spent most of his young life in the beautiful town of Spences Bridge in downtown Vancouver. He grew up in a large family with a humble beginning and started his career selling artwork page by page from his sketchbook. His style has been referred to as Modern Native Art.
Over the past years, Hubert Billy expanded his portfolio to include colorful drawings with a few black and grey beautiful display of paintings on canvas. He took great pride in his heritage and like to incorporate a little aboriginal Education in every work of art.
